Per Diem Physical Therapist (Tri-County Area in Monterey, CA

Maxims office in Monterey is seeking skilled Physical Therapists PTs to provide intermittent home visits to patients in Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Benito Counties. Visits usually last about 1 hour, with the number of visits per week varying depending on patient load and plan of care for each patient. We will work with applicants to accommodate desired schedule and patient census. Currently, Day and Evening shifts are available on both Part time and Per Diem schedules. Maxim welcomes all applicants who have at least 1 yr of experience as a Physical Therapist with homecare experience being preferred, but not mandatory. In addition to 1 yr of experience, applicants must also have - a current, unencumbered, CA PT license - CPR certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross - the expertise to pass a 7 year criminal experience investigation - an updated Physical, based on state qualifications - an updated TB results Chest x-ray - reliable transportation Maxim Healthcare Services is 1 of the largest employers of clinicians in the nation we make our employees a top priority.
